Aloha my friends!
Some people like to train in a group or with partners… while others prefer to train alone. I’ve personally gone through phases of preferring both.
However, research has consistently shown that—regardless of personal preference—training with one or more partners actually results in significantly greater pain thresholds (you can do many more reps before hitting failure), and enhanced performance in virtually every metric without any increase in perceived fatigue… AND faster recovery!
Even doing warm-ups together enhances subsequent performance!
You can take advantage of some of those benefits by simply training in the same location as others (e.g. in a public gym)… but the greatest effects are seen if you’re actually doing the same lifts or exercises together.
Application: A simple & effective way to enhance your training results is to do your workouts with one or more partners!!
