Spinach is a Steriod Without the Side-Effects!

Popeye was doping (only half-joking)! You probably knew that spinach is extremely healthy for you… but what you may not have known is how incredibly, mind-blowingly beneficial it is for muscle growth! 

In a 2019 study
 ¹, scientists found that participants who received supplementation with ecdysterone (a purely natural extract of spinach) developed SIGNIFICANTLY more muscle mass and up to THREE TIMES the strength gains over a 10-week period as participants who took placebos, even though both groups went through the exact same weightlifting regimen, and they achieved those results without any of the toxicity or side-effects of traditional anabolics (steroids). The researchers even went so far as to recommend that it become a prohibited substance for athletes!
