Fitness-Tip Friday | Week 5 ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Aloha and Welcome to Week 5 of
Fitness-Tip Friday!
Tip of the Week:Agonist-antagonist (aka reciprocal) superset training has been shown to be more efficient at improving strength and power than “traditional” weight training. It also burns more calories per minute of exercise and yields much higher excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (see my last YouTube video for more info on EPOC).Work antagonistic muscle groups (i.e. chest & back) together in your routines!!

Quote of the Week:

“We can complain because rose bushes have thorns… or rejoice because thorn bushes have roses.
